We build on the maximum use and efficient setting of the Production (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. We integrate them with other parts of the systems such as managed warehouses, finances, projects, etc. We deal in detail with capacity planning in manufacturing companies, including the use of extended PP/DS planning. We replace Excel tables with clearer tools or improve your set process in the SAP environment. Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the internal layout of the system, we are able to design and quickly implement specific developments according to your current needs. Development in ABAP, FIORI, SAP SCP or other open-source technologies is a matter of course.

In order to be able to manage and operate SAP systems as best as possible, to exploit their potential as much as possible, clear rules and methodologies must be implemented. We are ready to help you with the design of the organization and the creation of competences in your company, with the commissioning of your own competence center. We will give you our know-how on how to effectively use not only Best Practices from SAP, but also ITIL, CoBit, etc. procedures. At the same time, we are able to ensure the implementation of individual procedures using SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Signavio and LeanIX solutions.

It is a broad topic that includes all aspects hidden under the term Industry 4.0. We offer an analysis of your existing production environment, the definition of the optimal roadmap for the transition to digital production, including estimates of the necessary capacities, necessary resources, time schedule and total costs. Our added value is the ability to connect individual elements of the system as well as SW solutions from different areas into one cooperating whole. Primarily, it is the linking of data generated by machines and human activities with the processes taking place in the operating system. We use various solutions built on the SAP platform such as SAP MII and ME or SAP Leonardo Internet of Things.

In connection with the transition to the new version of SAP S/4HANA, most of our clients have to think and decide which way to go. We prepare the SAP Readiness Check, which is one of the inputs for subsequent decisions, and define the optimal path including estimates of the required capacities, resources and time schedule. At the same time, we cooperate closely with companies in the MIBCON Group and SAP CR. This allows us to cover the entire portfolio of SAP solutions and provide you with an overview of the future direction of individual tools and technologies.

We tailor workshops and training sessions related to SAP solutions and products. They will be led by a lecturer with experience with the given product or solution and will also have precisely prepared environments for you to try out new knowledge in practice. We can carry out the training either directly at your place or at our premises, including the headquarters of companies from our group.

We always try to use the standard functionality of the given system. But if it is not possible to satisfy the requirements in this way, our team is ready to develop a solution according to your needs and ideas. Typically, it is a basic workflow, sometimes a communication interface (IDoc, RFC, oData, EDI) or even a complete application. We offer development in an ABAP environment (on-prem and cloud), HANA, JAVA, PHP, JavaScript. Thanks to our architects, we are able to design an architecture built on the SAP Cloud Platform.
